If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the right to return it.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your items, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, please request a return form through our customer service department. You must send the completed return form along with the original invoice inside your shipment. Please note that if this form is not completely filled out, we cannot process your return request.

Please note: All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition with all labels and tags attached. The product must not contain any signs of use. FootballJerseyKit reserves the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Refunds

Once your product is received and inspected, your purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again to ensure it hasn't cleared.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, since there is often a standard processing time before a refund appears.

If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to the FootballJerseyKit customer service team immediately.

Return Conditions & Guidelines

To ensure your return is processed successfully, please adhere to the following conditions:

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.

  • Hygiene & Custom Exclusions: Products such as underwear, compression shorts, socks, or personal care products do not fall under the return policy of FootballJerseyKit due to hygiene reasons. These products cannot be returned and will not be processed.

  • Tracking Required: You must provide your return shipment with a valid Track & Trace code at your own expense.

  • Proof of Shipment: You must email a clear picture of your Track & Trace code to our customer service team on the exact day of shipment.

  • Documentation: The printed return form must be physically included inside the return package.

  • Product Condition: The item must be completely unused and sent back in its original packaging.

  • Damage Inspection: All products will be thoroughly checked for damage caused by the customer. Sending a damaged product back to us will not be accepted.
